I practice Ninjtitsu myself, which also contains a little Aikido. But
above all
the Aikido techniques is my favourate.
I just letting you know that Africa is not all about: spears, lions,
AK47,
anti-personnel landmines. But also that there is some of us here who
would rather
like to use our hands and feet to keep the peace and not make war.
